A bit about us…

Blacksmith is a boutique leadership consulting practice known for our unique style, edge thinking and ability to make shift happen at an individual and organisational level.

Our Co-founders, Kate Billing and Paul Leacock, have led Blacksmith to become one of New Zealand’s leading leadership development practices and our country’s 7th certified B Corp, a new international standard for purpose-led, sustainable business.

We are a dedicated team of pathmakers who believe there is massive untapped potential in individuals and organisations all over New Zealand and the world. Potential that can make individuals more fulfilled and successful; organisations more sustainable, profitable and positively impactful; and our families and communities stronger and more deeply connected.

We believe its time for a new way of developing leaders who are fit for the future that’s emerging, a fully human approach, and we’ve taken up the challenge to lead that new way from the edge.

Our team brings a commercial edge, a willingness to challenge, a commitment to quality and a relentless drive to support genuine transformation. Amongst our clients are market leaders and game changers in a range of industries – most within the knowledge, service and creative domains – who are looking to partner with the best.
